Production time (made to order) All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, then your order ships.

Shipping time Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping destinations We currently ship to the United States only.

Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delays During peak periods or carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer than estimated. If there is a meaningful delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Address accuracy Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Address changes are only possible if production has not started. If you need an address change, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 1 hour of purchase.

Lost packages and delivery issues If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked “delivered” but not received, contact us at support@profilesofresilience.com with your order number and we will help investigate and determine next steps.
